Some of the procedures for admittance to
Thompson Institute are listed below. For additional information, please

- You must submit the required admissions documents and fee(s) stated
on the Tuition and Fee Schedule.
- Please complete an Enrollment Agreement. If you are under 18 years
of age at the time of enrollment, your parent or guardian must sign the
Enrollment Agreement.
- You must complete an informational interview and tour the campus. We
encourage you to bring your parents or spouse.
- You must complete a basic skills test to ensure you can benefit from
training.
- Please complete financial arrangements, including financial aid
applications if applicable, prior to starting class.
- Please submit applications for credit for previous education,
training, work experience (experiential learning), or CLEP by the first
day of class. You may be required to take a test to determine credit for
previous education, training, or work experience.
- If applying for one of the allied health programs, you must complete
a health notice within thirty days after classes begin.
- You must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in English.
- Health examinations, pathology tests, immunizations, and criminal
background checks may be required prior to starting an externship or
taking professional licensing, certification, or registration exams.
International Students
We welcome international applicants and are authorized under federal
law to enroll nonimmigrant, alien students. If you are not a U.S.
citizen or permanent resident, ask an
Admissions Representative for information on securing the
immigration documents required to attend school in the United States.
